SoftWEAR by Micro$oft

December 8th, 2008 by admin

Finally, Micro$oft created something useful (Not cool. No ‘must have’. Most likely not cheap. But useful. In a way.): Clothing. Softwear by Microsoft. Retro design T-Shirts. Not cool. But I guess it’ll keep you warm and dressed.
I can’t really see how even Micro$oft could screw that one up, but here’s some suggestions:

- Sometimes, the shirt will hang, and you’ll have to restart it by pressing several key on the shirt (at least one more than you have limbs).
- You will have to “activate” the shirt, otherwise fashion police will ask questions and there might even be a warning print popping up on the shirt every 20mins.
- If worn on certain days, the shirt’s left sleeve will come off. This is expected to be fixed with SP1.
- You will need to have a WGA chip implanted, otherwise the shirt will uninstall itself from your body.

tbc…

Edit tells me: Ok, while these shirts aren’t really cool, they aren’t looking to shabby as well. A little bit uninspired, “gee, I had some spare minutes and created a T-Shirt”, “look Ma, without eyes” kind of style, but ok. I wouldn’t mind wearing one if I got it for free and maybe some cash up front to sweeten the deal… but not to that much cash.
